The fashion brand takes a further step in the expansion of its hotel and residential developments , this time focusing on Spain. Karl Lagerfeld will build an exclusive architectural project consisting of five luxury villas on the Golden Mile of Marbella .
The Spanish real estate developer SB Estates will give life to this exclusive project, while the creative direction and design of the spaces will be carried out by the firm Karl Lagerfeld itself, with the support and supervision of One Atelier.
The exclusive project will be built on a 9,000 m2 plot of land. It is strategically located between the mountains and the impressive Mediterranean coast of Marbella , offering its future residents an oasis of tranquility.
The high-end residential complex will consist of five unique villas whose individual size will range between 500 and 900 m2. Built with ecological materials and a first-rate infrastructure, each residence will be conceptually designed to harmonise with the natural, geographical and cultural identity of the environment that surrounds them.
