The first flexible accommodation development at Málaga TechPark has officially opened, offering a new housing solution for the more than 700 companies and 25,000 workers based at the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía on the outskirts of the city.
The project, called Blink Málaga TechPark, has been developed by Grupo Lar and the Impacto Andalucía fund. It is designed to meet the growing demand for short- and medium-term housing linked to projects, relocations and training programmes.
Modern Living for Tech Professionals
Blink comprises 105 fully furnished homes – ranging from individual studios to four-bedroom apartments – providing 186 beds. Rental contracts can run from just 15 days up to 12 months. Prices start at €700 per month for a room in shared flats and €1,000 per month for individual studios, with utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning, kitchenware and linen all included.
Residents also have access to a wide range of communal amenities, including co-working spaces, a gym, a swimming pool, a cinema room and a self-service laundry. Corporate facilities such as an auditorium, meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace can also be booked for events and business use.
Tailored for Companies and Teams
The initiative is also designed with businesses in mind. Companies at the tech park can reserve housing for teams or projects, benefit from special rates for multiple or long-term stays, and even allocate entire flats to specific groups, with simplified invoicing and centralised management.
Additional services – from catering and transport to extra cleaning and team-building activities – are available on demand, creating a flexible ecosystem that integrates into corporate programmes.
